香噴噴的核桃芝麻糊令人食指大動！您知道芝麻糊除了美味之外，更有強筋健骨、潤燥通常的效果！但奈何台灣有在賣的店家並不多，不妨在家自己動手做做看吧～
1.【材料】核桃100克、黑芝麻粉 150克、糙米150克、鮮奶 200克、白糖適量。
2.【作法】將糙米、核桃用小烤箱各烤5分鐘，待涼備用。糙米、核桃放涼後倒入果汁機內打成粉，與芝麻粉一同加水放入鍋中燒開後，放入糖，以小火煮至糖融化，慢慢將鮮奶加入鍋中攪拌勻以小火至燒開後即可食用。
3.【功效】強筋健骨，潤燥通腸，適合中老年人因血氣虛弱引起的習慣性便秘、筋骨酸痛等。
