Risk Communication

The National Center for Food Safety Education and Research conducts its ongoing work in cooperation with the government and acts as a risk communication bridge between the government, the media, and the public. The Center reviews related papers and provides relevant, up-to-date information regarding food safety and food safety risk management. The Center also provides consulting and information services regarding the handling of critical food safety emergency events.
