Ministry of Health and Welfare Announces Amendment of Law Regulating Food Packaging Containers
The Ministry of Health and Welfare has announced an amendment to Food Safety and Health Administration Law Article 38, Administrative Procedure Act Article 151. The amendment is to regulations pertaining to food packaging containers and polymethylpentene plastic. The amendment can be found on the Food and Drug Administration’s Department Announcements page at http: //www.fda.gov.tw. Comments are being heard on the amendment for the next 20 days at:
